It will depend on your community, homeowners association or city of residence and the details of your court.
What size concrete slab do I need for my court?
Recommended court size varies depending on the sport:
Pickleball: The USA Pickleball Rule Book states that “a total playing surface 30'X60' is the minimum size that is recommended. A total size of 34'X64' feet is preferred.” The actual playing lines measure 20' x 44'.
Basketball: The dimensions of a half court used in NBA play are 47 feet long by 50 feet wide. An international basketball court measures 92 feet long by 49 feet wide. A high school or junior high court measures 84 feet long and 50 feet wide.
Tennis: The size of a single court is recommended at 60′ x 120′
Volleyball: US standard volleyball regulation court size is 29'5” W x 59'
Badminton: A full size badminton court that is marked out for both singles and doubles matches, is 44.00ft long by 20.00ft wide.
